Wet your hands with water
Pour soap into the palm of your hand
Rub your hands together for 15 to 20 seconds: fingers, palms, tops of hands and wrists
Interlace your hands to clean the area between the fingers
Wash the backs of your hands well
Also clean the nails
Rinse your hands under water
Dry your hands with a single-use towel
Close the tap with the towel then throw it in a closed dustbin
