On Saturday March 09, 2019, the strategic retreat of Coris Bank International Mali took place at the Sheraton Hotel in Bamako.
This retreat is a framework for discussion between employees to talk about the achievements of the past year and put in place a new strategy for the current year.
It ended with a training course which focused on “improving interdepartmental communication, in particular teamwork”.
